How does ordering work?
- If you don’t need your order to arrive in time for a certain date, your order will be added to the next available space in the diary and baked and dispatched in the usual 5-7 days processing time. (Not including weekend days)
- If you do need your order to arrive in time for a certain date please add this request in the ‘Date Required’ section when ordering.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days notice where possible, (if you require a rush order please message me via the information above to check availability in the diary before ordering as I may have space in the diary!)
Your order will then be added to the diary to be baked, iced & dispatched a few days beforehand to arrive fresh & in time for your requested date.
When will my order arrive?
As all the biscuits are baked & iced to order please allow 4-7 days for your order to be created. Once your order has been baked & dispatched it will be sent via First Class post with Royal Mail. In most cases orders arrive the next working day although Royal Mail advise 1-5 days for First Class delivery. If you wish to track your order please upgrade your delivery during checkout to First Class Signed For.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders. The majority of designs are letterbox friendly and will be sent via First Class post so they can be popped straight through the door! If you’d like to track your delivery you can upgrade to First Class Signed For during checkout.
Can I track delivery of my order?
If you wish to track the delivery of your order please upgrade your shipping during checkout to ‘First Class Signed For’ otherwise your order will be despatched via first class post & will be unable to track once posted.
What flavour are the biscuits?
My recipe creates a buttery-vanilla flavoured biscuit with a subtle crunch, delicious!
How long do the biscuits keep for?
All biscuits are made to order & baked fresh for dispatch, they will keep in their original packaging, an airtight container, or individual bags if gift wrapped, for up to 3 weeks!
Can I include a note in my order to say who it's from?
Yes! A short handwritten card can be included in every order, free of charge, just write the message you'd like in the ‘Gift Message' section during checkout.
I'm sending a gift, will the invoice/price be included inside the box?
No, all orders are wrapped as gifts and will never include information about prices. Invoices will be sent digitally via email to the buyer only.
I'd like a custom design and already have an idea of what I'd like, is this possible?
Yes! Please contact me with your design idea and we can create something together!
Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks notice if you require your order for a certain date and please contact me directly to check availability in the diary. There is more information available on the ‘Custom Orders’ link above.
Wedding Favours - Please contact me via the information above with your wedding date & guests numbers to check availability in the diary and discuss creating something beautiful for your special day!
Can you send direct to the recipient?
Yes! I can send to either direct to the recipient address to receive in the post or your own address to hand over in person, just remember to update the delivery address details during checkout.
(And add a gift message to let them know who their special gift is from!)
Can my order be made to arrive in time for a specific date?
Yes, please allow a minimum of 10 days notice if ordering an item already in the shop or message me to check availability in the diary if you require a rush order, I may be able to accommodate this!
3 weeks notice is required for custom order creations and dates must be checked for availability directly with myself before ordering.
What icing is used for the biscuits?
I decorate the biscuits with a sweet vanilla royal icing.
Do you make Gluten Free biscuits?
My recipe isn’t currently as a Gluten Free option, I do hope to release a ‘Free From’ range in the future, watch this space!
